| The driver ( Bledi ) is a great Guy he pick me up at Albany VA hospital to take me to Buffalo. I would be 2.5 hr. Drive for my Daughter to to buffalo but Bledi came up with take me to Hornell Ny so it would be a shorter driver for my Daughter to come An get me. | This is by far the best limousine transportation company in the entire Capital Region. Excellent customer service, a wide variety of limousines as well as professional demeanor. I have used this company over 20 times and every time is excellent. I NEVER have a problem and if there is a change or incident that comes up Royale Transportation ALWAYS lets me know ahead of time and puts in the extra effort to make my experience better than the last! I used them for my own wedding and many other occasions. | I am so happy I chose to use Royale Transportation for my night out with the girls. They had a great special for a 6 hour package that saved me a ton of money. It was a night I wont forget. The limo was clean inside and out. It had a hook up for our phones so we got to jam out to our own song choices. The driver was so patient with all us drunk girls, especially having to listen to us all sing after a few too many. He took great care of us and it was such a relief having safe transportation home.
