| We rented a trolley from Royale Transportation for our wedding. Before we finalized our contract with them, we got a full tour of all the vehicles and assurance from the owner of their professionalism and dependency. All of their promises were fulfilled – they were on time, the driver went above and beyond (serving champagne and even fixing my train before I walked down the aisle). The vehicle was nicely decorated and in fine working condition. We are very happy with our choice for transportation for our big day – and highly recommend them to others! | |

| The driver ( Bledi ) is a great Guy he pick me up at Albany VA hospital to take me to Buffalo. I would be 2.5 hr. Drive for my Daughter to to buffalo but Bledi came up with take me to Hornell Ny so it would be a shorter driver for my Daughter to come An get me. | Wedding September 16, 2017 My husband and I had rented a 24 passenger party bus for our wedding. Our driver was above and beyond amazing. He was constantly making sure everyone was comfortable and had a drink of water or champagne if they desired. He had a bottle of champagne set up in front of the vehicle for my husband and I after the ceremony. Our bridal party offered many compliments about the service. Seriously, beyond words. The hospitality was 100 %- I could not have asked for better service. He was on time and got us to our destinations safely. Thank you! | |
